I've just started working at Evolution Georgia less than a month. In case of contract and employee rights and clarity, the employer truly did a great effort to make the employee feel safe. There is a positive vibe in the atmosphere of the company. Everything is on plan and you don't need to worry about our clear rights. I can see the respect toward employees. Everyone there is working with this mindset of helping each other. Really, I loved it.

Cons

I see no downsides in working at Evolution Georgia.
