Overwork employees when there are game presenter lacking or dont show up and they dont want to pay for overtime. The routine shifting is tiring and most presenters have back pain due to uncomfortable chairs on the gaming floor and the company doesn’t do anything to change thats. Very bad bonus system

The pay structure is performance-based with bonuses that can be easily lost, especially for new employees. The workplace culture is mostly Russian, and it has a toxic atmosphere and a smoking environment that negatively impacts air quality and overall health. Unfortunately, the facility is outdated, and it seems unlikely that improvements will be made, especially on the smoking part. Additionally, the managerial staff often falls short in terms of intelligence and effectiveness. Employees are frequently treated as second-class, which affects morale and growth opportunities. The inefficiency of management significantly delays career advancement and hinders personal development. Overall this place is far from what they advertise, and salaries are not that much better than in other places, especially for shufflers. Above all, it is not morally acceptible to work for such a companny for even as short time as two month, what was my working time there.
