It is a big company with many young employees, so if you are a student, that is a great opportunity to meet lifelong friends. Unique experience - working as a casino dealer in the filming studio might be a great thing for the CV.

Cons

The bonus system is extremely strict, considering that bonus is actually half of the salary, and without this bonus you can't survive in Latvia.
