Lack of communication by managers,they think about themselves and don't care about gp, they are focus mainly on their career progression Low salary compared cost of living in malta No career growth ( it only happen if you are friend of someone or you have an affair with someone within HR )

You’re on camera all day Some customers are creepy/complain too often Poor management Ungodly. Bad for your soul, as gambling is an addiction & ur assisting in that addiction

Thank you for your feedback! All our Game Presenters receive training in how to identify and escalate potential gambling problems for further investigation by the Operator. It is important to us that each employee feels comfortable using the practices at work and we encourage Game Presenters to speak to a Manager or HR about any concerns. We pride ourselves in being a company where we give people the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, but always appreciate any constructive feedback on how we can further support our first-time Managers in their roles.
