Pros

you have a paid break almost every two hours if things are really on the up tips are great on your check and you get to wear such fancy attire. and the pay is pretty good without tips

Cons

Working at evolution you have to know how to play the game. all of management you must suck up to if you plan on moving up in your future and don't make friends when they say they want to see your personality at its finest they only mean for the tables and for the tables only when out of the studio you must be to yourself again only if you want to see a future in being promoted. some management will favor some more then others and if they don't like you you will be a target. apparently they hire in management people who openly say that they suffer from bipolar disorder and are on meds to contain themselves if you work there look out for her (Mckenzie) blonde with glasses if you ok with kissing up she is definitely number one on that list. so what have we learned ? work your personality on the tables tables only, kiss up to everyone in management and i mean everyone also they are very BIG on time so be very Punctual or you may point out unless they like you.

Pros

Pretty easy job overall Easy to move up within company Interesting job to say the least

Cons

Pay is low especially considering how much money the company makes they are just being cheap. Making 3 or more mistakes for the month and forget about hitting the bonus (even mistakes that you can't control, like scanner being too dirty and you misscan one card throwing the computer off and hands are displayed incorrectly.) Upper management (people working mon-fri 9-5; not floor supervisors) does not care one bit about their game presenters and think they are above them. You are just a number to the company and after they use and abuse you they will toss you to the cub first chance they can, OFTEN missing days on paychecks (MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERY TIME; HAPPENS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH IT SEEMS) Marked for being late multiple times when I was not; never could get them resolved and just had to take the hit for no reason. Sometimes impossible to resolve an issue you may have, expect to be emailing back and forth to people who you never met and just to keep the endless emails until you give up. There's NO communication to Game Presenters about what is happening or when things happen. You will just find out the day of for most things.
