Cons

Experiances might differ based on teams and managers you are working with. Some team work great due to great leaders, some not so much. Generally helpful collegues, but cross team communication needs improvement.

I've just started working at Evolution Georgia less than a month. In case of contract and employee rights and clarity, the employer truly did a great effort to make the employee feel safe. There is a positive vibe in the atmosphere of the company. Everything is on plan and you don't need to worry about our clear rights. I can see the respect toward employees. Everyone there is working with this mindset of helping each other. Really, I loved it.

Cons

I see no downsides in working at Evolution Georgia.
