      Pros

      If you relate it to a student who works half-time, the salary is not so bad, because it is difficult to find a job that could quite comfortably combine with his studies.

      Cons

      If you ignore the above and consider the attitude and requirements, the salary is paltry. Working night shifts to get more or less normal pay is out of the question.
