- Supportive team - Fast processes for such a big company

Cons

- You can easily get cut in one day and your manager will do it the rudest way you can imagine. With such an attitude better will just send a message via Slack - You will surprisingly get +10 more responsibilities nobody told you before on your first day - Performance review once a year with an increase of 6%
