Extreme work hours. Employees are expected to always be available even on sick days or holidays and when they’re not it’s viewed as a termination threat. Promote loyalty verses quality. Team members who have been with Evolution from the start get promoted to management level when they clearly have no skills managing a team. Management also doesn’t take ownership of their mistakes and blames team members beneath them to cover their own job. Toxic work environment with huge turnover in all departments

Small office, not much space to do activities, benefits are basic. Communication is messy sometimes Slow decisions due to long and tedious process
