Cons

It is a big corporation, so there are some limitations you need to consider in your career path. You probably won't change anything, because top management needs to have sites as stable as possible to ensure further strategic steps. Because of this, if you don't like something about product or particular studio you're working, probably it would take years before your feedback would be heard and become real. However this is not relevant to only this particular company, but to all corps. It's not a small business where you can flip things and make big changes in one month, everything takes very long time and there are no roll-backs. If something changed not in a way you like it, it will stay forever, so you'd better to look for other jobs.
