      Pros would be how fun the job can be, you get to talk about nothing and everything to players and colleagues all day. It's not bad at all.

      All parts of management feel absolutely asinine, any time dealing with them was a nightmare, the company is continuously making the benefits and bonusses worse year by year. No future in career is really possible.
