      They like to spend/waste their money on 3 or 4 "events" or parties for their staff across the year

      Cons

      Management is quick to provide negative feedback but rarely praise positive outcomes. Good luck trying to get a raise or promotion.

      - You get experience in a management field - Building and office space is nice

      Cons

      - No organization - You're not a manager, you're a babysitter - Management makes less than employees - Bonus tier makes no sense, feels like getting cheated out of your extra hard work - Forced to work holidays without holiday pay - If you turn down/choose not to use their benefits, they still take money from your pay - No accountability for the bad employees turns away the good employees

      Pros

      Very clear expectations and achievable benchmarks. They pull no punches and waste no time getting rid of problematic or distracting employees/trainees which leads to a very professional environment by the end of training.

      Cons

      Training can be challenging for people who struggle with memorizing rules and protocols. No second chances unless there are unusual circumstances.
