Pros

Appealing on the surface, with a different experience behind the scenes

Cons

- Workplace culture raises ongoing concerns around discrimination and unequal treatment (racism and sexism comments and behavior) - Promotions are often discussed as incentives but not consistently delivered - Pay is below market given the scope of responsibilities - Leadership lacks transparency, competency, professionalism, and accountability - Overall environment can feel exclusionary and discouraging

Getting unattractive

Pros

most colleague are nice creative freedom

Cons

No more home office or hybrid work — employees are required to be in the office at all times. The team will soon be moved to a very large open-space office environment. Some employees work fully remotely from cities such as Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv, and others while receiving Sofia-level salaries. With the new rule requiring Sofia-based employees to be in the office full time, this situation feels unfair. No public transport card or commuting support is provided. Employees feel discouraged from speaking up about issues; those who do may face disciplinary action or other negative consequences. The team is required to use outdated animation software that very few competitors still use (Adobe Animate).
