They have expensive vending machines and endless coffee :)

Cons

Money and how it’s accumulated it all over the place. We share tips but the money doesn’t make sense. Always understaffed. No extra incentives. Management are stickler Unsanitary practice. Retaliation is based on emotions. Etc.

- great teammembers - sometimes interesting tasks - good salary

Cons

- no recognition of your work, not talking about bonuses, but even no thank yous from the C-level management. - no bonuses - no opportunity to work remotely even for a month - complete mess in some engineering departments, lots of unskilled people are hired who don't know how to use basic logic
