Good pay, Easy Job, Amazing coworkers

Cons

Management in shambles, everyone is incompetent. Team managers and shift supervisors don't care about you at all and they screw you over every chance they get, if you try and take it up with them they brush it off or just straight up lie. The communications in this company is a joke. Team managers go partying with game presenters in the weekends and it's just an overall shitshow with people who don't do anything else than party and show up to work to do minimal effort.

- Technical Operations department has a lot of flexibility and freedom Work life balance is okay, - Tech Ops has okay opportunity for growth, better than other roles, though budget in the department has dried up - If you want to travel for work there can be some good opportunities

Cons

- Management is all from overseas and very resistant to change and feedback from American employees, and so they have struggled to adapt to the US market and culture - There have been major pay discrepancies between employees of the same position -Company is poorly organized and struggles to communicate policies and goals to employees, and it feels like they waste resources all the time which is very frustrating

It was a very comfortable place to work. The team leads then were very assistive and open to helping. They were also open to making one grow within the company.

I really didn’t experience any cons during my time as a customer service representative at evolution
