      No Pros, Only Cons

      Pros

      All corporate employees got stuffed into one large computer lab, even the CEO worked in this room. Based on perspective, could be a pro if you like a maximumly collaborative setting.

      Cons

      No privacy, maximum distractions, minimal career and company growth, bad upper management that does not prioritize individual career growth.

      Unprofessional management and HR

      Good pay for entry level job Minimum 3 20-25 minute paid breaks every day Easy job

      Cons

      Horrible management Favoritism Childish behaviour Management has favorites and they are usually close friends, so if you are hoping for early out or more breaks, you have to get “friendly” with management. Terrible HR work, HR will tell on you to managers if you had a complaint about them and they will make your life miserable there. Not worth it, I’m thinking about quitting
