PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR A JOB AT THIS PLACE First of all, they put you through a two-week training and do not contract you in any way. In addition, in the middle of the training, you are suddenly fired from your job just because someone you don't know doesn't want you, and they don't pay for the training. In addition, all the advantages written in the job postings are lies. Even if you sign a contract, health insurance is paid after 6 months, and the salary they give is lower than the minimum wage

They have internal policies that they think are above the law, and you really can't do anything versus that because you need to fight billion sized company. You can't say anything against management or you will be fired. You need to keep your mouth shut and comply with all they want you to do. The flow is like this: You make a complaint -> They start to harass you for being 5 minute late to the office -> Call with HR -> you fired. And as immigrant you can't do much vs that.
