Just horrible,if you have any self respect - do not work there.

There aren't any,you can't just out plants in lobby and assume it's all that's needed.There's no ventilation in studios, temperatures soar to somewhat tropical levels.You have to beg for uniform that fits, impossible to have s flexible rota.Contract guarantees 8h weekly, almost a "zero hours contract" . You're always "encouraged" to apply for internal vacancies even you hear informally that every position worth applying is decided in advance. One dealer passed away in 24h gym,Riga studios, elevator fell and people were hushed with a minimum compo and we're required to sign NDA.If they want to terminate your employment they will do in in most mafia way.You're given pen and forced to sign prepared form,not allowed to leave meeting room to have a sip of water,to think,to call someone.That's senior management's style of operations.I did 5 years there and I regret every minute.
Cons
Pay in Riga studios has not been adjusted to a cost of living since 2013,they penalize workers for mistakes by deducting money from monthly bonus, without which it's rock bottom minimum pay.
