With the new rule requiring Sofia-based employees to be in the office full time, this situation feels unfair. No public transport card or commuting support is provided. Employees feel discouraged from speaking up about issues; those who do may face disciplinary action or other negative consequences. The team is required to use outdated animation software that very few competitors still use (Adobe Animate).
