Easy job that could be a lot of fun

Cons

Treated like garbage, never set up to succeed, bunch of backstabbers, very unqualified people in positions they shouldn’t be in making terrible decisions and could never get on the same page with Operations. Severely underpaid and now they are bringing in supervisors and Team Leaders paying them more than those that have been there from day 1. Not right at all.

This company makes a lot of promises it can’t keep. It is operating under the radar and when the gaming commission catches up there will be problems. Tips aren’t accumulating accurate Coffee machines never work. No free snacks as promised Dirty work area

Cons

Management is very biased. Some chase women others have preference based on looks. Bonuses are given to employees who make little to no errors. They will intentionally put you on a bad table where an error is more likely to occur. They also do not keep accurate statistics and no one to correct the problem which will cost you extra money. It’s a monopoly where all the action is funneled from. Every website into one. They also have BOTs that come into the game when players are doing well and throw off the card count. Hurting the probability for potential earnings from tips.
