Cons

The pay is not worth the headache! Better off being a Game Presenter and making tips. When moving up in the company you have to be willing to take a pay cut! Sounds crazy right?!?! In what world, does it make sense for supervisors to make SIGNIFICANTLY less than those they are supervising.
