Toxic work environment, no consistency with upper management & executives. Everyone has their own agenda and zero collaboration among departments. Promotion and hiring of personnel who do not belong in positions but have family who put them there. Uncontrolled wasteful spending but fixate on small and irrelevant parts. No clear direction of company other than make revenue and anyone’s replacable. Low pay for work scope expected. To many are over worked, under appreciated without any help insight
