No opportunity for advancement, lack of process improvements.

Pros

Good place to learn about electric frac equipment and perfect if you live in Katy as I did.

Cons

Lack of processes. No career advancement. No training to solidify and polish your skills. No strategic plan for Procurement. KPI's are non existent. Want EWS' business? Just buy Bateman and Garza a vacation trip. You will be expected to work weekends and answer calls from the field. No work/life balance. Lack of culture, diversity, and inclusion. Previous management group left in 2021 so it's only gotten worse.
