Pros

Work culture was amazing, I worked with a great group of people and was never afraid to ask for help!

Cons

Being in the insurace/healthcare claims business meant lots of busy work around the New Year. Be prepared for slow Springs and busy winters. Being in the Midwest meant pay was less than, say, the West Coast

Pros

Competitive pay, very friendly environment, great culture, very casual, very flexible, great experience

Cons

Not too many cons but I personally was never too excited about the product: software that manages healthcare plans and benefits? Hard to find something more boring, but I guess it is an important product in this day and age.
