Pros

Great co-workers all around. Great environment. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Free coffee, tea, water. Free lunches every now and then. Great benefits (401k, health, PTO)!

Cons

Not a whole lot of room for growth even if they tell you there is.

Full time employees are pretty much lifers. Very casual workplace culture with good compensation packages. Easy access to friendly executive leadership for guidance.

Cons

Major holes in oversight in certain departments, resulting in unnecessary spending. Upward mobility takes a good amount of time.
