The staff is incredible, including management. It's a unique company and the vibe shows it. From the moment you walk in the office you can tell that these workers are passionate about the traveler they're helping, as well as their fellow employees. The bond between all of the teams is fantastic and Evolve does everything in their power to make sure it stays that way. Awesome company to work for!

Cons

The only thing I think of that was kind of a bummer was working weekends.

A Freelancer Photographer's Dream Job

Fabulous communications, lots of work, great (and FAST) pay! All you have to do is take great photos of homes and condos, and Evolve does the rest. No editing required on the part of the photographer! They contact you with a date range, you let them know when you're available, and they book you, all this usually takes less than a week, sometimes the jobs can be available in a day or two. After you upload the unedited pictures you can expect payment in 10 days or less (for me it's usually 5 days or less). It just doesn't get any better!

Cons

None that I've encountered so far. Sometimes there's short notice, but that's not a Con for me.
