We're glad to hear you’ve found value in our remote-first flexibility, benefits, and company-wide forums for open dialogue—frequent communication and leadership accessibility remain core to how we operate. We also want to be clear: we have not had company-wide layoffs since 2023. While we’ve continued to evolve our structure to meet changing business needs, those shifts are intentional and focused on better enabling performance—not reducing our investment in people. Recent changes to our People team reflect that commitment. On the product side, we’ve made meaningful improvements over the past year—and there’s more to come.
