      Pros

      The company takes great care of its people period! I have been in IT for 20 years and its the best company I've worked for to date. They encourage professional education, are understanding for work life balance and are very generous with management time in listening to your needs and concerns. They have great perks, happy hour get togethers, holiday gifts and a fair annual review process to help you achieve your goals to move up.
