      Pros

      Management who directly supervise a person cares and looks out for that person. Close-knit team environment.

      Cons

      Evolver is too corporal and bureaucratic. Even online classes had to be pre-approved by management personnel. A lot of time is wasted in approval decisions. I had spent three weeks waiting for this approval with no results, and after these three weeks, was advised to re-submit my request. Evolver also only provides basic benefits, no commute or educational compensation.

      Pros

      Evolver is a great company to work for. Knowledgeable helpful people everywhere that don't mind lending a hand when needed.

      Cons

      This is a company involved in a lot of projects. I'm sure it's tough to maintain the overall team environment, but they do a good job overall.
