Pros

Management who directly supervise a person cares and looks out for that person. Close-knit team environment.

Cons

Evolver is too corporal and bureaucratic. Even online classes had to be pre-approved by management personnel. A lot of time is wasted in approval decisions. I had spent three weeks waiting for this approval with no results, and after these three weeks, was advised to re-submit my request. Evolver also only provides basic benefits, no commute or educational compensation.

Pros

Flexibility to balance work and life. Ability to have a career path for advancement. Decent compensation for the worked performed.

Cons

None at this time. Evolver can struggle like all companies with right balance of hiring people like HR, recruitment, etc to support employees and operations but maintain good fiscal responsibility
