Management is a huge problem! They have multiple people “in charge” that lack communication. The company process is very unorganized and when you try to improve or change it, it’s a huge headache to get anything done because management is set on their ways.
The mentality of “everyone out for themselves” is highly present.
There’s no room for advancement here, you’ll learn how to test and do simple repairs AVs but that’s about it. After the first month the job gets monotonous.
Don’t really recommend unless it’s your last resort. There’s a reason why not many people try to leave after a few months.
