Great international company with a large interactive online community. Lots of modern resources and collaboration. Access to innovation competitions. Great support and access to resources. Truly encouraging to all employees.

Cons

Birmingham location is contract driven. Provider of third-party services and development. Appears to be in perpetual rebuilding stage.

Cons

Work life balance doesn't exist, demanding workload, inadequately trained, both work skills and leadership skills people promoted to senior management positions, company doesn't know what they don't know
