You get to learn if you are in the right business line, great pay. You can make great connections and networking since it is a small company

Cons

You don’t have any benefits, you cannot take any courses or trainings, highly bureaucratic. It is hard for you to get hired afterwards

Only temporary position as an intern, I would love to stay at Evonik long-term.
