      Pros

      Pay is better than average. Very diverse product set, allows for launching into any realm of the business. Focus on doing compliance the right way, safety of employees and customers - no short cuts.

      Cons

      Company has restructured recently, and seems to be still experiencing some growing pains with that. Limited flexibility (depending on manager) for remote work or flexible hours.
