Cons
The clicky managers here do not treat employees well and are rude to customers making the job harder than it needs to be. You work Monday through Saturday often understaffed due to coworkers frequently quitting and the manager doesn't come in on weekends. You will get burned out quickly due the constant remarks about you didn't do this or that right, eventually, you figure you are screwed working here since the manager thinks you not so good at your job cause he actually sucks at being a manager. They also don't know how to train people right, try to hang on and not mess up. The inventory is a mess and I always tried to get customers what they needed but got chewed out if I did what I had to do to keep a customer happy and returning like getting it from other stores. Just know people quit this company all the time, that should tell you something.
