There’s a strong commitment to getting it right, every time, not just delivering a product. Training and onboarding are taken seriously, and teams are generally supportive and willing to help you ramp and succeed. There’s a sense that people want you to do well, especially early on. The company also does a solid job of practicing what it promotes around work-life balance. While base salaries may not always be the most competitive, the bonus structure, commissions, and overall benefits package help offset that gap in a meaningful way.
Cons
Upward mobility is limited, and career progression can feel unclear or stagnant over time.
