Kitchen Staff are very friendly

Disgusting company to work for, absolutely no respect for any of its employees since it changed ownership a few years back. They are now forcing people to change their job titles and change roles within the business with absolutely no training and disciplining staff when they under-perform. I Couldn't have enjoyed the first 18 months of my employment at Kindertons but after that it has big one big gradual slide into the mess that they are now, staff turnover is going through the roof. I would avoid all potential employees and business providers to avoid Kindertons for the simple fact; no-one cares.

Premex is a fantastic company, all staff from front line to management are friendly and approachable. I have worked here for 3 years and have been able to progress and complete additional training to help me get to where I want to be. I have never worked at a company which listens to / cares for its staff as much as Premex does.

Cons

Parking is a bit of a nightmare
