Micromanagement, no consistency in management as far as policies and procedures. They change constantly, and differ with each manager. No managerial support. People are thrown under the bus all the time. Constant fear of lay offs and firing

Management is terrible. They aren't always good to their employees, they will don't always support their staff when needed. There's no real order here.
