Pros

Working here has been a genuinely positive experience. The leadership team, particularly my manager Melanie Rigby, promotes a culture of openness, trust, and professional growth. As a recruiter, I’ve had the chance to work alongside talented colleagues across departments, and contribute meaningfully to our hiring strategy. The environment is inclusive, and there’s a real emphasis on employee wellbeing and development. It’s a place where your contributions are recognised and valued.

Cons

It can be quite fast-paced at times, especially during busy recruitment periods. However, the team is incredibly supportive, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie that helps you get through the more demanding days.

Pros

I have recently completed a Paralegal level 3 apprenticeship, that has been supported by Premex and I am so pleased to have achieved an overall distinction grade! Throughout the Apprenticeship I have been fully supported by my line manager and my tutor at BPP (the training provider). I have developed my flexibility skills in addition to expanding my professional knowledge. I would recommend people investigating the opportunity to complete an Apprenticeship, as it was really helpful being given the opportunity to put my learning into practice and I am grateful for the opportunity. Here’s to my continued learning journey. The apprenticeship gave me the opportunity to earn a Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Practice.

Cons

None that I can think of
