Pros

Do you enjoy working with entitled idiots, racists, and dishonest management who thinks they're above the law (yeah, you read that right) while also getting paid pennies with abysmal health insurance options? Then, boy, you'll love working at ExamWorks! You'll fit right in.

Cons

There are no pros. Everything is a con, including the people.

High School Drama

Pros

Really no pros to working here

Cons

No advancement. Little pay raise. There is drama there that you would see in high school. Rumors, cliques, favoritism etc.. company is very petty over things. I asked for advancement in my role and was turned down because I was “too young”. Yet when they would have supervisor meeting I would be brought in because they knew I had more knowledge than my supervisor. Then after two years of no raise because of COVID year, they give you 50 cent raises. What a joke and unappreciative company. They use you until you realize you don’t want to be there anymore and then they replace you. They don’t care about you. As long as they reach their numbers they don’t give a damn. It’s sad and I regret that it took me so long to realize I had to move on.
