Pros

Not applicable; only pros are like-minded co-workers.

Cons

Management is disorganized, uncommunicative, dishonest and unwilling to listen. Feels like you are on another planet when talking to your general manager. Morale is extremely low and there is a shocking lack of trust between management and operations. Ops members are never recognized for their hard work.

miserable work environment

Pros

It's a job with consistent pay. 15 days off for starting employees, 30 days off for employees with the company for 15+ years. Some great coworkers.

Cons

The work environment is a terrible place to be. The concept seems to be to manage by fear and almost everyone in the office is miserable. All the managers have to stay super late but these rules do not apply to one manager and that is due to a huge conflict of interest issue with family members holding powerful positions and making other family members managers, giving them reviews, making the company pay for other family member phone bills, and letting them Work from home and do bare minumum work. One manager is allowed to work from home for the last 2 years (family member) and when she did work in the office she hardly did work. The office is so undermanned and work is at an all time high, we could definitely use a high paying manager like her to help out with the workload but that won't happen. Every other manager is expected of so much and more. "Lead by example" "We're a team". If you want people to lead by example maybe you should do that first and not be so openly bias and have double standard for family members. The "team" is more like a dictatorship. If it wasn't for the way the office was run it would be a great place to work. Worst part is corporate rewards this behavior and promotes the hypocritical double standard culture. People cry at their desk from being stressed on a daily basis. There is no regard or concern for employees to be happy, all that they care about is the numbers and making the shareholders happy.
