Prior to ExamWorks Kindertons was a very employee centric, some great people that ignored being undervalued. Potential projects were interesting

Cons

Post ExamWorks you went into two camps, those below mid management and those above. Very clearly valued as a number rather than person.

Part time working, school hours, great team, working from home, varied work, helping people with every call I take. Feels rewarding

Cons

Fast pace, can sometimes feel you are never going to get through the work, but the team pull together. Location is a little remote and far out of town.
