Cons

To say managers micro manage is an understatement. Paranoia at a all time high. I saw people put mirrors on their computers to catch managers sneaking up from behind them. I left there and started drinking.

There really isn't a PRO for this employer. It's just a job and not a very good one at that.

Cons

No employee recognition unless you are one of the Management's "pets" Passive/Aggressive Management behavior The ultimate "cover your butt" employer Cronyism at its finest - If you're a friend of a manager you are IN! I think I was the only employee in the office that was not hired because I was one of the manager's "friends". EVERYONE that works in the Sacramento office is a friend of a friend of a friend.

Pros

There are no pros to working at Examworks. Working there was like hell on earth. For overall rating I would have given a zero but I couldn't go any lower than one star.

Cons

Look up every negative word in the dictionary and that describes Examworks. The employee turnaround was unlike anything I have ever seen due to people constantly quitting because of management.
