Its' a job until you get another

The company always acts like it is a good employer when in reality it borders on a very fine line. Have quarterly pay reviews which are just a way of keeping wages down. It is obvious management get bigger bonuses to keep costs down. No reward whatsoever for loyalty. No hot water from taps in toilets for two years.
