Corporate seems to want to make employees happy, promotion opportunities, benefits and what management views as fair wages

Cons

Local office management claim to not have any power, the different offices have not come together to function as a team which leads to confusion and disatisfaction.

Pros

Secure job as long as you do your work and do it in a timely fashion. Free coffee and a lot of company activities outside the office. Good working hours. 15 Paid days.

Cons

Starting and base salaries. A lot of unneeded stress and pressure. Bonuses and stock options are few and far between.
