Pros

You have your own space

Cons

This place doesn’t add up. There are people making mistakes left and right when other departments are micromanaged like crazy. Don’t talk to any of your coworkers bc they’ll call you out. Their dress code is so casual it’s almost borderline inappropriate how some people get away with what they’re wearing. I’ve seen slippers, hoodies, sneakers when none is allowed but that’s only for the employees that don’t are not best friends with the managers. Don’t you dare look at your phone bc you will get emailed, brought into the office, picked on and this is also if you’re not a chosen one. They don’t give the “team leaders” managerial positions but they work the hardest (no I’m not a team leader) the managers are rude, rude, RUDE! They don’t say good morning they don’t look at you they keep walking. All they want is your butt in that seat making them money they don’t care about anything else. They never let you leave early before a long holiday vacation so remember that you’ll be there till 5 no matter what even if they tell you that you’re doing a good job this year. Nope to bad you stay put. The people here are depressing and many are overweight bc they’re told to work work work! You will never make more than 17-19$ either they barely give raises. Everyone tattles on one another it’s like high school. People who’ve been here for longer than 5 years make me wonder. I had no clue this business was even a business and actually made money but apparently it does and they keep it all to themselves! BEWARE!

Pros

Salary (starts off high but raises are not good), benefits, office moral & environment, support staff, company advancement opportunities

Cons

Tons of overtime, take advantage of employees on salary, rarely let you take your vacation time, but not allowed to cash it out either, insane work load, they just keep piling it on anytime it appears you are caught up, expect QA to work till 10-11 @ night last 4 days of every month, Not allowed to take last week of every month off for vacation. Get irritated if you call in sick, even when you really are ill & rarely call in, scheduling vacation time is almost impossible, want you to act like your job is your entire life, should be able to work 10 hours or more a week overtime, if your child is sick don’t even think about calling in, they’ll pressure you to come in or expect you to work from home & harass you all day long via email and phone calls. Calling in was such a nightmare I only took two days off when my father died from cancer & 1 day when my mother had major surgery

Pros

I cant think of many pros for this position

Cons

terrible management, lack of growth within, this is literally a job not a place for a potential career, over worked, under paid and under appreciated, the pay is horrible for the amount of work that is expected, lack of empathy for workers, rules does not apply to everyone, obvious favoritism, when one gets sick everyone gets sick and you better not dare call out if you have no PTO days to use, speaking of PTO- 1 day a month (vacation and sick time is included in this), need I continue?
