I actually cannot think of anything

Cons

Horrific management, serious bullying going on in certain departments. Bullies are allowed to stay in their roles and bully good people out the door. Its by far the worst employment I have encountered. Issues were raised to HR who did nothing. The working environment was beyond toxic and insufferable.
