Pros

Consistant work, good outlook for future employees.

Cons

it seems management has been trained to treat their employees like children. Going to the bathroom is frowned on, and trying to make a doctors appointment is terms for a write up. Management makes mistakes on a daily basis , and then blames employees to cover there own mistakes. These people should not be allowed to walk the face of the earth. They are not human! Micro management is practiced consistently, and the employees go through hell every day. It blows me away that this company exists, and that they get away with the sad treatment of there employees.

Pros

I'd have to get back to you on that. Co-workers were nice though.

Cons

Worked for the company for over 14 years. Was let go due to Coronavirus. They said they had to "eliminate my position to save the company money". Was offered one week severance pay as long as I sign a 15 page contract that they recommend I go over with an attorney at my own expense. Weak and pathetic company.

Pros

Hours, you can get as many as you possibly want. Typically extremely high turn over rate.

Cons

Management. Thereis so much secrecy and backstabbing. Everyone is looking out for themselves, and if you find yourself becoming more successful than those above you, watch out. No HR on staff, so the verbal abuse and overall mistreatment of employees is a norm.
