      Pros

      - Good leadership Leadership made sure to recognize individual and team accomplishments - Positive culture For the most part, the people I interacted with were positive. Whether it’s IT, HR or in the department I worked in, accounting, there were people that made the day to day pleasant ( not saying there aren’t any negative/ pessimistic people there).

      Cons

      I don’t remember the company asking for feedback from employees regarding the departments and the company as a whole ( maybe once in the few years that I worked there)

      Pros

      Casual Dress and you can easily make friends. Plenty of opportunity for overtime.

      Cons

      Advertised as a good place to grow but it is extremely micromanaged, the casual dress might say its a laid back environment but it is not. HR will call you in over every little thing even manage your bathroom time. Pay is only decent if you start out at a better salary. Otherwise you will be started at just above minimum wage for office work.
