Exam works is a good company to work for. The work is pretty simple and the office is pretty small. Easy to catch on.

Cons

It can get a little boring. I didn't feel challenged enough; I felt as if it wasn't somewhere I would build a career.

Not applicable; only pros are like-minded co-workers.

Cons

Management is disorganized, uncommunicative, dishonest and unwilling to listen. Feels like you are on another planet when talking to your general manager. Morale is extremely low and there is a shocking lack of trust between management and operations. Ops members are never recognized for their hard work.
